We work with our customers to develop a comprehensive plan from the very beginning to determine the parameters of the project, our capabilities, and whether or not we will need to source any outside materials to deliver the products requested.
Once we have the project set up, we get to work, making sure that all materials produced are free of visual defects and blemishes. Throughout the coating process, we inspect gram weights to make sure that all products are coated consistently and to the specifications that we were given.
We provide updates to our customers throughout the process and, once the project is completed, we notify customers and provide an invoice on the day of shipment.
